Active Florida Real Estate License

  • Sales Associate or Broker Associate license
  • Must be active and in good standing with DBPR
  • No pending investigations or disciplinary actions

Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance

  • Minimum $1,000,000 coverage
  • Must name our broker as additional insured
  • 2-year tail policy required after termination
  • You'll provide proof during onboarding

Business Entity

  • LLC, Corporation, or other entity registered with Florida Division of Corporations
  • Register at Sunbiz.org if you haven't already
  • Your entity will be the brokerage name on file

Business Bank Account

  • Separate from personal accounts
  • You handle all your own funds. We never touch your money

Startup Fee + Monthly Fee

  • $200/month for qualifying broker service. $100/month for each additional agent
  • $300 one-time startup fee (state filing fees paid separately by you)
  • First 3 months ($600) paid upfront with startup fee ($900 total to start). Then $200/month
