- Must be active and in good standing with DBPR
- No pending investigations or disciplinary actions

Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance
- Minimum $1,000,000 coverage
- Must name our broker as additional insured
- 2-year tail policy required after termination
- You'll provide proof during onboarding

Business Entity
- LLC, Corporation, or other entity registered with Florida Division of Corporations
- Register at Sunbiz.org if you haven't already
- Your entity will be the brokerage name on file

Business Bank Account
- Separate from personal accounts
- You handle all your own funds — we never touch your money

Monthly Fee + Setup Fee
- Plans start at $200/month — $100/month for each additional agent
- One-time setup fee (varies by plan)
- Payment by check or agreed method
