Active Florida Real Estate License
- Sales Associate or Broker Associate license
- Must be active and in good standing with DBPR
- No pending investigations or disciplinary actions

Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance
- Minimum $1,000,000 coverage
- Must name our broker as additional insured
- 2-year tail policy required after termination
- You'll provide proof during onboarding

Business Entity
- LLC, Corporation, or other entity registered with Florida Division of Corporations
- Register at Sunbiz.org if you haven't already
- Your entity will be the brokerage name on file

Business Bank Account
- Separate from personal accounts
- You handle all your own funds. We never touch your money

Startup Fee + Monthly Fee
- $200/month for qualifying broker service. $100/month for each additional agent
- $300 one-time startup fee (state filing fees paid separately by you)
- First 3 months ($600) paid upfront with startup fee ($900 total to start). Then $200/month
