Sign & Pay

You do this

You sign our Broker of Record Agreement and submit payment — the one-time setup fee plus your first month. You also need your $1M E&O policy in place before signing, naming us as additional insured. Once signed and paid, you have a broker to name on your Sunbiz filing.

Step 4

Create Your LLC

You do this

Register your LLC at Sunbiz.org and name your assigned broker as the qualifying broker. Once approved, upload your Sunbiz Document Number to your portal — we need it for the DBPR filing. You'll also need a separate business bank account before you start operating.

Step 5

File RE 7

We handle this

We use your Sunbiz Document Number from Step 4 to complete Form RE 7, which registers your LLC as a real estate company with DBPR. Your assigned broker signs it and we file it with Tallahassee.

Add the Broker of Record's name to your new or existing corporation using Form RE 7.

RE 13 officially assigns your qualifying broker to your corporation with DBPR. If you ever change brokers, this is the form that gets filed again.
