How do I receive my commissions after a closing?
Your company will receive all commission checks directly from the Title Company or Licensed Attorney who handles your closings. Since you own the company, you will write yourself a check from the company checkbook. As the Qualifying Broker, I will not be involved in any money transactions.
Does the Broker receive a percentage of the commissions earned?
No, as your Broker of record, I charge a flat fee regardless of the number of transactions completed by your company.
As an agent, can I negotiate my commission with my clients?
Yes. You are free to set your own sales commission fee with your clients. Real estate commission is always negotiable and you are able to charge what you want.
As an agent, am I required to purchase Errors & Omissions Insurance?
Yes. As your broker of record, I am exposed to the risk of your actions. In step 4 of our process, you will be required to purchase and maintain an appropriate policy and upload to it to your account . As you renew your policy each year, you are required to update your profile page with the latest information for your agent/company.

As your Broker of Record, is there a fee when hiring new agents?
See our pricing table, o, we don’t charge extra fees for hiring new agents. You may have as many agents as you need, without paying anything extra.
Do you provide office space or meeting rooms?
No, your broker of record does not provide any office space.
