Do I need to form a LLC or Corporation?
Yes, This is step 1 of the 6 step process. You will need to form a LLC or Corporation. Forming an LLC or Corporation is quite easy when using an incorporation service or you could do it yourself for less expense at the Secretary of State website. Investing only a few hundred dollars can make doing business much simpler and safer. Your Broker Sponsor highly recommends forming an LLC or other type of corporation.
How do I receive my commissions after a closing?
Your company will receive all commission checks directly from the Title Company or Licensed Attorney who handles your closings. Since you own the company, you will write yourself a check from the company checkbook. As the Qualifying Broker, I will not be involved in any money transactions.
Does the Broker of Record receive a percentage of the commissions earned?
No, as your Broker of record, I charge a flat fee regardless of the number of transactions completed by your company.
As an agent, are you allowed to negotiate your commission with your clients?
Yes. You are free to set your own sales commission fee with your clients. Real estate commission is always negotiable and you are able to charge what you want.
As an agent, are you required to purchase Errors and Emmissions Insurance?
Yes. As your broker of record, I am exposed to the risk of your actions. In step 4 of our process, you will be required to purchase and maintain an appropriate policy and upload to it to your account . As you renew your policy each year, you are required to update your profile page with the latest information for your agent/company.
What is the cost for Errors and Ommissions insurance?
This is Step 4 of our 6 step process. Our standard real estate commission programs have a risk management fee of $135 per closed transaction per side up to $1 Million. This fee covers the cost for errors and omissions insurance, broker file reviews, claims, judgments, litigations, legal advice, settlements, and other risk management associated

See our pricing table, o, we don’t charge extra fees for hiring new agents. You may have as many agents as you need, without paying anything extra.
Do you provide office space or meeting rooms?
